Single-wall carbon nanotubes are considered as ideal candidates for new transparent conductive materials because of their excellent optical, electrical and mechanical properties, such as good electrical conductivity, high structural stability, high flexibility, low refractive index and low fog degree.

Single-walled carbon nanotubes transparent conductive film with its high transparency conductivity and flexibility characteristics is expected to replace the indium tin oxide to become a new generation transparent conductive film. The researchers used SWNT dispersion spontaneously without additives and high structural integrity of the single-walled carbon nanotube characteristics, prepared in light transmittance of 82% and 90% and the surface resistance was 133Ω · sq-76 single-walled carbon nanotube transparent conductive film , the single-walled carbon nanotubes in the field of transparent conductive films laid the foundation for the promotion of the development of flexible electronics significance.
