Touchscreen devices became popular, but its high cost is still turned off many consumers.Touch screen generally made up of many parts, including glass layer with a non-slip coating, viscous liquid insulation materials, impedance conductor layer and the electrode which have good conductivity material, and the most critical elements for touch screen is impedance conductor layer, namely, the upper plastic and the lower glass by indium tin oxide (ITO) coating. ITO is a kind of transparent Conductor, have good light transmittance, but the material is expensive and manufacturing process is complicated, limited production.

Ag nanowires has good electrical conductivity, better transmittance, high flexible. Although the price of silver nanowires and ITO is almost same, but the Ag NW performance is more one hundred times. In other words, using nano silver wire conductor layer touch screen device have less power consumption.Because of this, nano silver wire is viewed as the most likely alternatives to traditional ITO transparent electrode material.
