Nano graphene applications and uses: Graphene mobile phone

the name of Graphene is from graphite + - ene (the end of alkene), which is graphene name origin. Graphene is an atomic-scale honeycomb lattice made of carbon atoms. nano graphene is undoubtedly emerging as one of the most promising nanomaterial because of its unique combination of superb properties, which opens a way for its exploitation in a wide spectrum of applications ranging from electronics to optics, sensors, and biodevices.

For instance, graphene-based nanomaterials have many promising applications in energy-related areas. good electric conductivity and light transmittance performance make nano graphene has very good application prospect in transparent conductive electrode. Such as touch screen, LCD display, organic photovoltaic cells, and organic light-emitting diodes (leds). In particular, graphene compared the commonly used material doped indium tin oxide has a very excellent mechanical strength and flexibility.

Lower cost of display screens in mobile devices. Graphene is a thin film of single atomic layer made of carbon atoms, can be used as a core part of new type touch screen material--transparent electrode.Compared with the existing mobile phone touch screen material, graphene advantage is more, is considered to be the world's most thin, almost entirely light transmittance, the largest intensity material. In addition, graphene has good flexibility, to a certain extent, can be bent and folded, all of these make graphene have extensive application in the electronic information industry.

Benefit from the cost of the raw material of Graphene films reduction, downstream products of graphene have better development conditions, forthcoming graphene mobile phone is one of the application. hwnanomaterial chief scientist said, graphene touch screen mobile phone, lithium battery and thermal film will be using graphene as raw materials, and also provide technical support for the entire product development and application of the graphene mobile phone

Researchers have found that graphene can replace indium-based electrodes in organic light emitting diodes (OLED). These diodes are used in electronic device display screens which require low power consumption. The use of nano graphene instead of indium not only reduces the cost but eliminates the use of metals in the OLED, which may make devices easier to recycle.
