Carbon nanotubes are one-dimensional quantum material with a special structure, light weight, perfect hexagonal structure and with many unusual mechanical, electrical and chemical properties.Since carbon nanotubes have excellent electrical and mechanical properties, it is considered as an ideal phases additions composite materials, which has enormous potential in the field of nanotechnology.
