Application for nano tio2 powders:
1. The traditional methods of improving the
anti-aging properties of the material is to add organic UV absorbers, titanium
dioxide nanoparticles is a stable, non-toxic UV absorber. Used as coating
binders since the polymer resin by the sun's ultraviolet radiation can cause
long-term degradation of the molecular chain, affect the physical properties of
the film, and therefore if the shielding ultraviolet sunlight, can greatly
improve the film's resistance to aging performance.
2. The study found that the using rutile
titanium dioxide excellent UV shielding properties of the modified traditional
weather resistant polyester powder coating -TGIC can greatly improve its
anti-aging properties.
3. Add titanium dioxide particles in the car with a metallic finish, and make the coating to produce rich and mysterious color effects, in addition to improving the nanoparticles car paint decorative effect, due to its UV-absorbing effect, can significantly improve the car paint weather resistance, i.e. resistance to aging.
