With the national emphasis on environmental protection, the production of powder coating increases rapidly as well as the type and variety of applications expands as environmental protection, high-performance, high efficiency and economic powder coating. In terms of decoration, except for the ordinary type such as different gloss, smooth surface of the powder coating varieties, orange-peel, wrinkles, sand pattern, pattern, hammer, metal powder coating powder types and rates are on the increase, and gradually penetrate into solvent-borne coatings applications in various fields. In these species, the metal aluminum powders coating is a large varieties of decorative powder coatings, including metallic, metal plating, metal pattern, hammer and metallic texture powder coating. Such powder coatings are characterized by a metal containing aluminum powder, by chaning the aluminum powder’s specifications, coating formulations and manufacturing processes to obtain different properties and the appearance of the coating powder coatings.

Metallic aluminum powder coating varieties: metallic aluminum powder coating is the most important type of the powder coating metal powder. Metallic aluminum powder paint coating formation is divided by the appearance of the coating of metallic, metal plating powder coating; coating textured pattern, hammer and metallic texture powder coating. Thirdly, metal pattern powder coating, adding aluminum metal powder and powder coating agents bottom pattern powder manufactured powder coatings, when cured coating film formation, due to the influence of surface tension agent pattern, is formed in the aluminum film appearance silver powder pattern. Besides, a metal hammer powder coating, adding aluminum powder and metal hammer agent in powder coatings bottom powder manufactured powder coating, after coating a film cured to form a silver hammer. Last but not least, metallic texture powder coating, which is added texture agent (sand profile agent or wrinkle agent)metal aluminum powder in the bottom of powder coating to manufacture powder coating. After a film coating cured powder coating powder bottom, due to aluminum and texture agents will form metallic glossy textured appearance of the coating.
