Zinc oxide is a typical N-type semiconductor. Due to the presence of interstitial zinc ions and oxygen vacancies in ZNO itself, its resistivity is high and its band-gap width is narrow, which limits its application range. Doping some substitute elements such as AL3+ in ZNO can reduce the resistivity of ZNO and improve its photoelectric performance. Aluminum Zinc oxide nanomaterials have excellent thermal insulation properties and good thermal conductivity.
