                   Titanium Nitride Nanopowders Used on New Energy Saving Glass Coating


Titanium nitride nanopowders as coating, coating on the glass, TiN film thickness was prepared by 500 nm, having a NaCl type face-centered cubic structure and exhibits a preferred orientation (200) crystal face, a uniform grain size distribution of the film.
