Application for nano y2o3 powder:

FeCr alloys typically contain 0.5% to 4% yttrium oxide nanoparticles, nano yttrium oxide can enhance the oxidation resistance and ductility of stainless steel; MB26 alloy add the appropriate amount of yttrium oxide nano-rich mixed rare earth alloy overall performance has been significantly improved can replace a strong force on the aluminum used in aircraft component part; adding a small amount of rare earth yttrium oxide nanoparticles in Al-Zr alloys can improve the conductivity of the alloy; this alloy has been adopted by most domestic wire factory; in copper alloys yttrium oxide nanoparticles were added to improve the electrical conductivity and mechanical strength.

2. Containing yttrium oxide nanoparticles 6% and 2% of aluminum nitride ceramic material can be used to develop engine components.

3. Gadolinium oxide nanoparticles containing up to 90% yttrium oxide nano-structure of high alloy can be used in aviation and other requirements for low-density and high melting point of the occasion.

Thermal conductive agent: this product has excellent thermal conductivity, suitable for thermal interface materials, such as thermal plastic, thermal resin castable, thermal silicone, thermal powder coating, functional thermal conductive paint and various functional polymer products. The thermal conductivity can reach 3.4w/m.k. when 80% high-purity nanometer magnesium oxide is added into PPS. When 70% aluminum trioxide is added, the thermal conductivity can reach 2.392W/m.K. Notice: Nano Materials have lots of applications that we canot list one by one.
