Among them, the application of silver nano wires in printed electronic devices has attracted wide attention.Due to the high conductivity of silver, transparent electrodes prepared from silver nanowires exhibit low square resistance and high light transmittance.During the synthesis of silver nano wires, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), which controls the growth of silver nanowires, can be used as a surfactant to facilitate the uniform dispersion of silver nanowires in solution.These unique characteristics make silver nanowires show great potential in printing flexible transparent electrodes.
2. Transparent electrode: compared with the traditional ITO transparent electrode, the transparent electrode produced by silver nanowires has many advantages, such as high transparency, small square resistance, high cost performance, large area printing and wide range of substrate materials to choose from.Silver nanowires with an average diameter of 20-30nm are applied to flexible transparent electrodes with low haze, which can completely replace ITO in the touch screen industry and have better bending performance.
At present, the controlled batch production of silver nanowires with different wire diameters (20~100nm) and different wire lengths (10~200um) has been fully realized, reaching the international leading level.
