      Zirconium diboride ZrB2 powders from HW NANO, with particle size 100-200nm, 300-500nm,1-2um and 3-5um, is a highly covalent refractory ceramic material with a hexagonal crystal structure. Zirconium diboride is an ultra high temperature ceramic (UHTC) with a melting point of 3246 °C. It is stable in a temperature range and has good oxidation resistance in air and the anti-corrosion avility of molten metal.

1. Ultra high temperature ceramic material. ZrB2 Zirconium diboride powders possesses high melting temperature, high hardness, high thermal conductivity, and it can be applied to ultra high temperature ceramic material such as submersed nozzle of continuous steel casting.


2. Refractory materials. The ZRB2-C-ZRO2 refractory products have high corrosion resistance. the performance is much better than ZRO2-C refractory materials, which the service life almost twice.


3. Oxidation resistant coating. ZrB2 Zirconium diboride powder is stable over a wide temperature range, the resistance of surface of metal coating painted to oxidation and corrosion in the air is good.
