Graphite Nanopowders Application:
1. For refractories: Graphite nature and itsproducts have high temperature, high strength, mainly used in metallurgicalindustry in the manufacture of graphite crucible, graphite used in steelmakingas a protective agent of ingot metallurgy furnace lining.
2. As the conductive material: the electrode,the positive brushes, carbon rod, carbon tube, the mercury being current,graphite gaskets, telephone parts, TV picture tubes and other coatings used inthe manufacture of electrical industry.
3. For wear and lubrication materials: graphiteis commonly used as a lubricant in the machinery industry. Lubricants are oftennot at a high speed, high temperature and high pressure conditions, andwear-resistant material may be graphite at high sliding speeds, not in thelubricating oil temperature of 200 ~ 2000 ℃.
4. Graphite has good chemical stability. Afterspecial processing of graphite, resistant to corrosion, thermal conductivity,and low permeability, it is used extensively for the production of heatexchangers, reactor, condenser, burning towers, absorber, coolers, heaters,filters pump equipment.
5. For casting, foundry, die andhigh-temperature metallurgical materials: production of carbide powdermetallurgy process, usually graphite material molding and sintering of ceramicboat.
