The basic structure of crystalline silicon solar cells includes P-type silicon substrate, N-type layer, minus reflection film (TIO2, SIO2 or SI3N4), positive silver electrode, back aluminium electrode, and back silver electrode. and the back silver electrode is formed by silver conductor paste through screen printing and sintering.
Conductive paste of solar cells back silver electrode is mainly composed via the three parts: the conductive function phase, inorganic binder, organic carrier and other raw materials. what's more, the silver powder has good conductive heat conduction performance, and cheap is better relative to other precious metals. in practical applications, on the basis of guarantee electric performance, the back silver paste also must have enough adhesion and welding strain.
