Brief introduction: silver nanowire ink is a transparent conductive ink designed and produced by Hongwu Nano on the basis of independent research and development of silver nanowire powder (the nanowire diameter can be adjusted between 20nm-100nm). It mainly adopts screen printing, but also adopts rolling coating, scratch coating, coating, spraying, gravure printing.

The ink containing silver nanowire is used to make a transparent conductive film, and then the touch module is made, which becomes the technical core of flexible and transparent touch control.This innovation in the micro world means that many ordinary objects in our lives will become magic mirrors on our fingertips.

Conductive ink performance indicators:
Silver nanowire conductive ink, solvent is deionized water, solid content of 3‰.Viscosity at 25 ° C is 3-10CP.It can be coated with 30-250 ohm square resistance.
1kg conductive ink can be coated with an area of 30-150m2.The coating thickness is 40-200 microns.

Notes when using:
1.  Before use, the ink will be slowly mechanically stirred evenly, and ensure the uniformity in the printing process.
2. The film thickness directly affects the haze, light transmittance, square resistance and other indicators after film formation;
3.  can be stored at room temperature, recommended storage temperature 5-15℃, the use of ultrasonic vibration is strictly prohibited;

4.  After film-forming, the substrate can be washed with pure water, and it is strictly prohibited to wipe and ultrasonic vibration.
