1) Nano-palladium powder is mainly used for the treatment of automobile exhaust, and its consumption accounts for about half of the total global mining. The pollutants contained in automobile exhaust include carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, etc. These gases can cause acid rain, destroy the ozone layer and cause smog. Before the exhaust gas is discharged, it will pass through a catalytic converter, through a three-way catalyst composed of Pt-Rh-Pd, into carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and water vapor that are environmentally friendly, with a conversion rate of up to 90%.

2) The field of hydrogen storage materials and catalysis. Nano-palladium catalysts also have important applications in the petroleum refining industry. Palladium catalysts are used in the hydrocracking process of petroleum in the crude oil refining process.

3) Used in the preparation of thick film paste in the electronics industry and thick film silver palladium conductor paste.

4) The inner and outer electrode materials of multilayer ceramic capacitors, and the catalytic electrodes of fuel cells.

5) Palladium is mainly used as a catalyst in chemistry.

Nano-palladium powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, which will affect the dispersion performance and use effect.
